3D HELMET / E.I.S.: Policies
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we
respect, practice, and emphasize.
Since all helmets manufactured by 3D HELMET / E.I.S. are custom
fabricated daily according to SIZE and 3D DESIGN
the following terms apply.
To return a 3D HELMET
To return a helmet you MUST have a Return
Merchandise number (RM), return authorization is REQUIRED on ALL
returns. NO exceptions.
NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
This can be done by contacting our

Any order returned without a return
authorization or an RMA number will be refused and returned at the
customer’s expense.
Issuance of a Return Merchandise (RM) number
is not a guarantee of acceptance. All return orders MUST meet the
following conditions to be accepted:
ALL returns must be returned in their original condition,
in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and in
sellable condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
NO helmet will be accepted that is returned having scuffs,
scratches or any kind of marring to the surface of the helmet
shell or the 3D artistry. Under no circumstance will a refund or
credit be issued for a return that is considered “damaged” or not
resalable. These items will not be accepted and will be returned
to you at your expense.
Any helmets returned after 7 days of delivery will be limited to
an exchange of another helmet or customer credit for a future
purchase only.
Customer is responsible for properly packaging, shipping and
insuring their return to us. We are not responsible for items
while in transit to us and we highly recommend using a shipper
with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item.
ALL shipping
and handling charges are non-returnable/ non-refundable for any
reason and will not be included in calculation of returns or
return credit. This includes any and all "Express" or expedited
shipping fees on express orders. Customer is responsible for any
and all return shipping charges.
All returns are subject to our approval. Any return not meeting
our return criteria will be returned to you at your expense. We
inspect all returns to ensure that they meet all the conditions of
the return policy. Item(s) not meeting the return conditions will
be held for return to you at your expense.
Please allow 10 business days for return processing, time starts
after we have received the item for processing not from date of
mailing. Missing or incomplete information, orders without an
account created when initial order was placed may result in delays
of up to 2 weeks.
We do NOT accept returns for customized products. Custom helmet
orders or helmets with design combination by the customer are
nonrefundable. For additional information, please call Customer

NO RESTOCKING FEES

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Helmet model name
- Nature of the problem or reason for return.
REFUNDS
(1) ALL refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery
signature.
(2) If payment was made by credit card, all refunds will have a
15%
reprocessing fee to credit your credit card. All credit cards will
be credited within 5 business days of helmet return.
(3) If payment was made by the online shopping cart/ Paypal,
there is no reprocessing fee. All online orders will be credited
within 10 business days of helmet return.
All DOT certified sales are final and
can only be returned for a "SIZE EXCHANGE" of another helmet, DOT
Certified helmets
cannot be returned for a refund. No exceptions. ALL DOT "size
exchanges MUST be requested within 7 days of delivery. No
exceptions.
RETURN SHIPPING
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE
NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible
for ALL return shipping charges and tracking delivery to 3D
HELMET /E.I.S.
- If you are
returning a helmet for a SIZE or DESIGN exchange you will be
responsible for ALL additional shipping charges to have a new
helmet shipped back to you.
RUSH ORDERS?
We now have (2) TWO options for
Express delivery.
SUPER FAST
EXPRESS: This service
guarantees delivery in 2-3 days, sometimes overnight for an
additional service fee. Rates vary pending location. (Domestic and
Global)
EXPRESS
"FX": This service guarantees delivery within 10
business days of placing your order for an additional $25 service
fee. However, most deliveries are made within one week (pending
location).
Please note: Not all helmet designs
and sizes are available for the SUPER
FAST or EXPRESS "FX"
service at all times. At our discretion, we will let you know if
the helmet design and size you want is available for RUSH

Any and all "Express" shipping fees
are non-refundable.
CANADIAN /INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
For ALL orders being shipped to
CANADA you MUST phone your order in to get your exact shipping
costs to your region. Toll

The $12.99 shipping costs that is
automatically calculated in our shopping cart is for U.S. orders
ONLY.
For any and all orders shipped
outside of the United States the receiver or consignee will be
responsible for ALL duty, customs and or brokerage fees. 3D
HELMET /E.I.S. is not responsible for any duty, customs and or
brokerage fees on any orders whatsoever.
If you accept an order and refuse
to pay the required duty, customs and brokerage fees for
that order, 3D HELMET /E.I.S. will bill the full amount owed to
the receiver/ consignee's credit card.
Absolutely no exceptions.
