ADDRESS:  ALL addresses MUST have a phone number submitted at the time of order.

All orders being shipped to a business must have a persons name in care of (c/o).  Orders without a care of (c/o) name will NOT ship until this required information is received. No exceptions.

PHONE NUMBER:  USPS  requires a phone number for the shipping address.                            (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping).

SIGNATURE:  ALL deliveries will require a signature and will NOT be left at a front door without  proof of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence, please make sure someone will be there to sign.  If not, we strongly advise that you have your order delivered to your work address where it can be signed for and released.

TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number at the time you place your order.  ALL orders will receive a USPS tracking number.  Due to email spam, some tracking numbers may go into a spam filter, please check your mail for subject: 3D HELMET: Your order has been shipped!
