                                             REQUIREMENTS

ADDRESS:  FEDEX does not deliver to a P.O. Box, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you submit a P.O. Box for delivery, your order will NOT be fully processed and it will be the responsibility of the customer to submit a valid street address with a phone number.

All orders being shipped to a business must have a persons name in care of (c/o).  Orders without a care of (c/o) name will NOT ship until this required information is received. No exceptions.

PHONE NUMBER:  FEDEX requires a phone number for the shipping address.                            (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping).

SIGNATURE:  ALL deliveries will require a signature and will not be left at a front door without  proof of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence, please make sure someone will be there to sign.  If not, we strongly advise that you have your order delivered to your work address where it can be signed for and released.

FORWARDING ADDRESS: If you wish to have your order shipped to another address other than the original address you submitted at the time you placed your order, you may do so within 5 business days after initial order.  Any address changes MUST be submitted to the following e-mail address. ALERT@skullscreamers.com  Any address changes past 5 days of your  initial order WILL ship to the original address submitted on your order. No exceptions.

TRACKING:  We suggest that you call for your tracking information. ALL orders will receive a USPS tracking number.  Due to email spam, we will no longer send a tracking number through email. 1-866-334-3563.

                    SHIPMENT PICK UP AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday by 5:00PM, any orders picked up by FEDEX after 5:00PM will be credited for the next business day.

FEDEX does not include Saturday or Sunday as a  delivery day.

NOTE: Although Saturday delivery is available in some major cities,  FedEx does NOT guarantee Saturday delivery to all cities and areas.

EXPRESS shipping is available at your request, we will need your area code to quote you the exact cost.

We offer two different methods of EXPRESS SHIPPING:

(1) SUPER FAST EXPRESS: OVERNIGHT to most cities in the United States. If OVERNIGHT service is not available to your zip code, delivery is 2 days. For more info click here

(2) EXPRESS "FX":  Delivery in 10 business days. Additional fee of $25.00

            RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

All returned helmets must have an RMA number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. This can be done by contacting our service department at 1-866-334-3563.

Our company policy on a helmet return is as follows. We will refund the original shipping charges of $12.99 only. The $12.99 charge is for GROUND service ONLY and does not cover the cost of any Express service such as, 2-Day or overnight shipping costs. There are no exceptions.
