If you have any questions about your order, including order

address, and phone number in addition to your
question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

When is my order processed?
All phone orders are processed the same day they are received, all online
orders take 48 hours to be processed. Your credit card is
charged when your order is placed including all shipping fees, as
well as taxes
if applicable.
How will I know if you've received
my order?
If you placed your order online you will receive a receipt via PayPal/
Eye Imagine Studio with your
order information shortly after placing your order, that is your
order confirmation. Due to all the new Spam filtering
you will not receive any further confirmation by us through email.
f you place an
order by phone with a representative, all of your order
information will be reviewed at that time and you will not receive
any further order information by email.
If you have
mailed in your order from our online catalog, you can call us at

866-334-3563 to inquire about the status of your order.
Change Modify or Cancel an Order
If you need to change, modify or cancel an order you must do so
within (2) two business days from the day your order was placed.

submitted your order online, send an email to

Be sure to
include your full name, address and your
phone number. Please provide complete details on the
information that you would like to correct or change. When we have
made the change on your order, we will send you an email
confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we
will notify you via email. Any order change or cancellation of an
order that is made after (2) two business days of the date your
order was initially processed will have a 15% reprocessing fee.
Remember ALL orders are custom made to order.
Backorders
Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and it
becomes a backorder. When that happens, we will
immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping
date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in
our fulfillment center within 30 days. We ship all ordered items
as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one
item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive
multiple shipments.

Rush Orders
If you just can't wait on the normal
turnaround service it takes to build your new custom helmet, then you might need what we call a rush order.
Here's how a rush order works.
(1) You MUST call your
order in

(2) There is a
$25
service charge per helmet for the order of ANY express
fabrication. Why? Because it bumps the order of someone
else's custom order already in progress...it's only fair.
(3) However, we
will let you know if it is possible to place a rush order at that
time for immediate fabrication, this is due to the demand
of orders already in fabrication.
We would like to say that ALL rush
orders are possible but, we cannot guarantee the service of any and all
rush orders at any time. But, we will try our best to help
you out if possible.
Note: The $25 Rush Order service charge
is ONLY for the cost of the rush fabrication of your custom order
and is non refundable. Rush order service does not include any
additional FedEx Express shipping charges.
International Delivery
Delivery charges vary according to the weight and size of the
order. If you have any questions you may email us

we will be happy to estimate the charges.
With
respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they
may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon
delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.

shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you
through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt [on your
behalf] after we have made delivery to the address you designate
(e.g., Skybox, Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex).
