PLEASE NOTE: All international orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped by the United States Postal Service instead of FedEx. This will save you, our customer up to 50%- 80%, for the delivery of your helmet (s) plus extra time and customs fees on your order.

         INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM AND DUTY TAXES

(1)   All International orders will be responsible for all custom and duty taxes. If you do NOT accept these charges, your order will NOT be released for delivery. Any shipments that are delivered without paying all custom and duty taxes, your credit card will be charged the full amount, plus an additional 10% processing fee.

(2)   All International orders are insured for the cost of the order only. We cannot lower the value or ship your order as a gift. No exceptions.

(3)  All International orders are guaranteed delivery within 5 business days, pending your location. (Fabrication time is not included).

                                               REQUIREMENTS

ONLINE: You can simply place your order online using the shopping cart; the shipping charge is only $38.60. The shipping charge is for (1) helmet and standard delivery service only, NOT for Express service. If you need Express shipping for your order, you must contact us by phone. 1-866-334-3563.

Any online order that exceeds the standard delivery service (2 helmets or Express),  will be sent a money request via email for the cost difference. Once these charges are paid, your order will then be processed starting from that date.

PHONE ORDER: You can simply place an order by giving us a call at 1-866-334-3563. This is suggested if you need more than (1) helmet or a rush order.

PHONE NUMBER:  USPS requires a phone number for the shipping address that you are having your order delivered to.  (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping).

SIGNATURE:  ALL deliveries will require a signature and will not be left at your front door without  proof of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence, please make sure someone will be there to sign for your order.  If not, we strongly advise that you have your order delivered to your work address, where it can be signed for and released.

You may ship to a P.O. Box with this service.

TRACKING:  We suggest that you call for your tracking information. ALL orders will receive a USPS tracking number.  Due to email spam, we will no longer send a tracking number through email.

                      SHIPMENT PICK UP AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday by 5:00PM, any orders picked up by USPS  after 5:00PM will be credited for the next business day.
