                                                 SIZE QUESTIONS

QUESTION: I'm not sure which size helmet I need, how do I know the correct size to order?

ANSWER: Your correct size is very important! We strongly suggest that you measure your head with a cloth tape measure and you must use our size chart guide. If your head measurement is within 1/8" to 1/4" to the next size up, we suggest that you order the next size larger to avoid a size exchange or return. 

QUESTION: Sometimes I wear a baseball cap or a bandanna when I ride, will this affect the size helmet I would need?

ANSWER: Yes. If you wear any type of hat, head wrap, or bandanna, always allow for this extra measure. To do so, measure your head wearing what you wear underneath your helmet...use that size measurement upon ordering.

QUESTION: I already have a novelty helmet but would like to get a new 3D HELMET. Would I wear the same size in a 3D HELMET as the helmet I already have?

ANSWER: NO! Unless it's a 3D HELMET you will probably wear a different size. Fact is, ALL helmets are sized different especially ours... so be sure to measure yourself using our size chart for the right fit. 3D HELMETS are NOT the typical little "beanie" helmets that everybody else has or sells.

                                                ORDERING QUESTIONS

QUESTION: When I place an order online, how long does it take for my order to be shipped?

ANSWER: At the current time ALL online orders ship one month from your actual purchase date UNLESS you order using our EXPRESS delivery service.

For Example: If you order a helmet on JANUARY 1, your order will ship on FEBRUARY 1. If you need it faster than the current turn around time, you may want to use our SUPER FAST or Express "FX" delivery service. 1-866-334-3563

Note: Fabrication time allowance does not include the FedEx shipping time.

QUESTION: I'd like to get a 3D HELMET for an upcoming bike event I'm attending, can I get a 3D HELMET order delivered before the 4 week delivery?

ANSWER: YES! If you need a helmet before the suggested time it will be considered as a "Rush Order". Rush Orders available Any orders considered as a "Rush Order" will be subject to an additional fee of $25.00 per helmet. "Rush Order" fees do not include any EXPRESS shipping fees if needed on any order.  RUSH ORDERS are delivered with 7 business days GUARANTEED.

NOTE: At our discretion, we will let you know if it is possible for you to place a "Rush Order", due to the particular demand of orders already placed. 

QUESTION: Why does it take a month for my custom order to ship?

ANSWER: DEMAND and custom fabrication time. Since we are the ONLY manufacturer of all the 3D HELMETS you see listed on this site and certain designs are produced on certain days of the week. All the custom fabrication is done right here in the states. We do NOT have a warehouse full of "in stock" helmets  that were made in China like other helmet companies in the industry.

                                          ARTWORK OR DESIGN QUESTIONS

QUESTION: I would really like to get the Screamin' Charlie skulls for the sides of my motorcycle tank. Do you sell the emblems separately?

QUESTION:  I really like the DAMNATION design, why is it only available in the Non-DOT helmet and not in a DOT certified?

ANSWER:  Because the elaborate artwork of the DAMNATION design exceeds DOT certification.

QUESTION: I like a certain 3D HELMET design and I want it to match the color of my bikes paint. Can I order a helmet  in another color other than the choices shown?

ANSWER: NO. We provide you with a custom helmet ready to go with our signature colors and look, Gunmetal and black. We suggest any custom paint modifications be made by you or a custom paint shop in your area.

QUESTION: If I were to accidentally drop my 3D HELMET would the artwork break off?

ANSWER: NO, that's one of the coolest features about our product...It's UNBREAKABLE! Our helmets and the designs were formulated and developed with industrial strength materials that will NOT break if dropped. Our 3D HELMETS are built tough, and last as long as your bike!

QUESTION: I've seen other helmets that claim to be "3D" helmets, or have relief designs etc... Are these helmets really "3D"?

ANSWER: NO, we are the ONLY manufacturer of 3D HELMETS in the industry. We own the U.S. Patent and Copyrights to the original 3D concept for ANY helmet/ motorcycle helmets/ motorcycle accessories. Any helmet art or motorcycle accessory artistry claiming to be "3D" is not true,  and is probably a knock-off or bootleg to our original product line. These are usually a temporary decal made of "foam" vinyl or a form of embossing to look 3D. Like we say, "THERE IS NO COMPARISON" ...we say it for a reason. Customer BEWARE...you get what you pay for.           

                                                    DOT HELMET QUESTIONS

QUESTION: There is a helmet law where I live, so to avoid a fine I'm looking for the "smallest" DOT certified possible.  How small is your DOT helmets in comparison to say a "beanie" or novelty helmet?

ANSWER: Our DOT's are the "smallest" in the industry GUARANTEED. It simply doesn't' get any "smaller" or closer in LOOK and SIZE to our Non-DOT helmets. Don't believe it? See for yourself and compare! click here

QUESTION:   l really like the BARBARIAN  helmet design but need a DOT, can I get the BARBARIAN in a DOT?

ANSWER:  No, the BARBARIAN is not available in a DOT because the barbaric spikes exceeds DOT certification and standards.

QUESTION:  I'm looking for a GERMAN style DOT certified, do you guys carry them or can you make them?

ANSWER: No, We don't offer or sell GERMAN DOT helmets because they're BIG and they'd make you look like you're Darth Vader coming down the street.

                                             PAINTWORK OR FINISH QUESTIONS

QUESTION:  What is a Acid Burn™ finish?

ANSWER: Our Acid Burn™ finish is a alternative to the traditional black helmet everyone else has to offer.  This really cool industrial finish has a "broken in" look rather than the "shiny new helmet" look everybody else has. A conservative edge for those not wanting to stand out.

QUESTION:  Most helmets have a gloss finish, 3D HELMETS do NOT...why?

ANSWER: All of our helmets have a trademark industrial" look with either a matte or dull finish. A gloss finish actually takes away or distracts from the 3D "FX" design.
